2. Account Types
abcstudios supports two primary account types:
Business
Business accounts may access features including:
Social account management
Reviews and comments
Unified inbox
Analytics
Influencer discovery
Creator insights
Paid contact unlocks
AI-assisted replies
Influencer / Content Creator
Creator accounts may access features including:
Public creator profile
Social account connections
Audience and performance insights
Creator discovery visibility
Collaboration/contact settings
Creator accounts do not receive the same messaging/reply functionality as business accounts unless abcstudios expressly provides such functionality in the future.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
You must not:
Create an account using false information
Impersonate another person or business
Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
Circumvent account restrictions
Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
4. Free Trial
Eligible business accounts may receive a 7-day free trial.
The trial period may be subject to eligibility restrictions, promotional terms or changes introduced by abcstudios.
Unless otherwise stated, continued access to paid business features after the trial requires an active subscription.
5. Business Subscription
The standard business subscription is currently ₹499 per month, unless a different price, promotion or offer is shown to you.
abcstudios may offer:
Promotional pricing
Individual offers
Discounted subscriptions
Temporary pricing
Other subscription plans
Subscription pricing may change in the future. Where required, users will receive appropriate notice before a price change takes effect.
6. Influencer / Creator Accounts
Influencer/content creator accounts may be provided without a subscription fee, subject to the features currently offered by abcstudios.
abcstudios may change, add or remove features while maintaining reasonable service functionality.
7. Influencer Contact Purchases
Businesses may purchase access to contact information made available by influencers/content creators.
The displayed price may vary by creator.
Pricing may be determined using:
Creator-selected pricing
Administrator-configured pricing
Automated pricing
Creator insights
Engagement
Audience size
Views
Demand
Other platform-defined factors
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to that purchase unless otherwise stated.
A contact unlock provides access only to the information specified by abcstudios for that purchase. It does not guarantee that the creator will respond, collaborate, accept an offer or enter into any commercial relationship.
8. Influencer Ranking
Creators may be ranked using an algorithm that considers available information such as:
Engagement
Audience size
Growth indicators
Views
Demand
Profile completeness
Other relevance signals
Ranking is intended to help businesses discover potentially relevant creators.
A high ranking does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of performance or guarantee of a commercial relationship.
9. Payments
Paid services may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges.
A transaction may be subject to the payment provider's own terms.
abcstudios is not responsible for failures caused by a payment provider, banking institution or payment network.
10. Subscription Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.
Any applicable cancellation and refund conditions are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the abcstudios Refund Policy published on the website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital services, subscriptions and successfully completed contact unlock transactions may not be refundable merely because the user changes their mind.
Where a payment is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund policy and payment-provider procedures.
12. Third-Party Platform Connections
abcstudios may connect with third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp.
You authorize abcstudios to access the connected account only to the extent permitted by the authorization and permissions you grant.

Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, policies or functionality at any time. Such changes may cause an abcstudios integration to stop working or become temporarily unavailable.
13. Google Business Profile
When connecting Google Business Profile, you must have appropriate authority to manage the relevant business profile or location.
You must not use abcstudios to access or manage a Google Business Profile without authorization.
Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
14. AI Features
abcstudios may provide AI-assisted functionality.
AI output is generated automatically and may contain:
Incorrect information
Inappropriate wording
Misinterpretations
Missing context
Unintended statements
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending, publishing or relying upon it.
abcstudios does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
15. User Content
You retain ownership of content that you provide to abcstudios, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the Service.
You grant abcstudios a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, transmit and display your content as reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
You must have the necessary rights to submit or connect any content or account.

17. Creator Contact Information
Contact information obtained through abcstudios must be used only for legitimate purposes consistent with the creator's stated collaboration or contact preferences.
You must not:
Resell contact information
Publish contact information without authorization
Use contact information for spam campaigns
Harass creators
Scrape or bulk-export creator information
Circumvent abcstudios' contact purchase system
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:
Violated these Terms
Violated applicable law
Abused the Service
Engaged in fraudulent activity
Created a security risk
Misused third-party integrations
Misused creator contact information
Failed to make required payments
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
19. Service Availability
We aim to keep abcstudios available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

Updates
Technical problems
Hosting failures

Internet/network failures

Social metrics will always be current
Third-party integrations will always function
AI-generated responses will be accurate
A creator will respond to a business
A creator collaboration will be successful
Business results will increase through use of the Service
Users should independently evaluate important business decisions.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abcstudios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
This includes losses resulting from:
Loss of data
Loss of business
Loss of revenue
Third-party service failures
Account restrictions
API changes
Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
Reliance on AI-generated content
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
24. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless abcstudios and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:
